Sarah Gibbons is an Executive Success Coach passionate about helping powerful leaders live their legacy. She does this through group and 1-on-1 coaching, corporate programs known as “The Boards”, and the annual Tidal Summit. Her focus is on helping leaders grow exponentially and experience their infinite potential. Clients have grown their income and revenue as much as 3X, landed better and bigger projects, launched new businesses, and achieved greater satisfaction in their professional and personal lives with Sarah Gibbons’ coaching programs and incredibly unique approach.

Years before starting her coaching business, Sarah Gibbons worked as an executive in multiple tech businesses where she drove results for brands including Amazon.com, IMDb (an Amazon company), Fox Interactive Media, and Rotten Tomatoes. Sarah advanced to lead corporate teams globally and consistently led team members to surpass goals and deliver sales growth. But despite doing well in her career, Sarah still felt an unexplainable drive and hunger for a different kind of fulfillment. Sarah wanted more. She wanted to help others achieve their full potential because it’s what gets her more excited than anything. So, Sarah pursued a different path to start discovering her true legacy.

On her return to the United States from London, Sarah earned her Master’s in Psychology while taking care of her 3 young boys with the youngest being under 5 years old. Then, she built and founded her coaching business Sarah Gibbons & Co. where she designed and developed unique coaching programs that are grounded in challenging clients to live their legacy today and increase their leadership in all aspects of their life. Sarah Gibbons rounded out her corporate background with extensive professional development, invested 6 figures in her training — developing a vast array of coaching tools that help her groups, 1-on-1 clients, and workshop participants experience powerful insights and transformation that is often dramatic.

This last year, through the difficulties of the pandemic Sarah Gibbons has been busy, working on a new leadership coaching program in response to what over-stretched leaders and executives, in particular, have been facing. They’ve been disconnected. Disconnected from others, disconnected from their leadership, and disconnected from their power. So she created ⁠the most cost-effective, time-conscious, and results-driven leadership program yet, The Circuit Board beginning end of April 2021. It’s a short and sharp experience-based leadership program reconnecting leaders to their own power utilizing techniques for executives and teams who want to lead and live from a place of presence, purpose, and power to exponentially grow professionally without sacrificing their personal lives.
